Regular Dinner group menu – for groups of 12 guests or more.

This menu is for groups of 12 or more guests.  If you’d like to use this menu for your group booking, please discuss the option when you make a booking.

 

This menu is not available between 18 November and 22 December, as we will be using the Christmas Menu instead.

 

House bread

Entrée

 

Soup, cauliflower, split pea, spiced seeds, coconut poached chicken

Lamb breast, cauliflower puree, black olive, burnt onion, jus

Flash fried calamari, prawn, roasted beetroot, feta, walnut, green leaf, orange vinaigrette

Pan fried barramundi fillet, roasted pepper and basil puree, smooth potato, pea puree

Eye fillet, porcini butter, roasted shallots, fried polenta, red wine jus

Chicken breast, mustard, garlic, rosemary spring vegetables, pancetta lardons, truffled mash potato

Apple, almond and quince tart, spiced anglaise, white chocolate and raspberry ice cream

Belgian dark chocolate, espresso and raspberry pudding, warm chocolate ganache, chocolate crumb

Includes a carafe of house wine between two people (Conditions apply).  Available at this price on Tuesday nights only.  The normal a la carte menu is not available on Tuesday nights.

Northern Territory barramundi fillet, grilled peach, macadamia salsa, mango coconut sauce

Traditional Christmas fare, roast turkey breast, smoked leg ham, chestnut and lemon thyme stuffing

Petite steamed plum pudding, brandy anglais, ice cream

Chocolate meringue marinated berries, white couverture and raspberry ice cream

Individual cinnamon spiced panna cotta, strawberry and kiwi fruit salsa, caramelised mango, raspberry sorbet

Our Christmas party menu for 2017.  It is available from 17th November until 22nd December.  We are not open on Christmas day.
