Functions

At Encores, we believe we can meet your needs with our personalised menus and service.  As modern trends are moving away from the function centre catering to more restaurant styles, the advantages of choosing a restaurant like Encores for your catering includes top quality restaurant meals, stylish, more intimate atmosphere and a greater chance of securing the date you require.  Encores is a contemporary, state of the art facility, with lounge bar and private dining room.  The fittings are of the finest quality, from our Villeroy and Boch crockery to white linen tablecloths and napkins.  Encores can cater for a variety of function styles, be it a fun cocktail party, wedding reception or a function with the atmosphere of a large dinner party.

The restaurant in total seats up to 100 people, with the private dining room catering for small groups of up to 25 people, this makes it ideal for meetings and private functions.  Within the Empire Theatre, there are further options for catering with rooms for 40 people.  The Wesley church seat up to 200 people and the Empire Theatre stage caters for groups up to 360.  For information about areas within the Empire Theatre please contact the Events department at the Empire (events@empiretheatre.com.au).

At Encores, we specialise in discussing your needs and then designing a menu to suit your function and budget.  However, please keep in mind that it is difficult to confirm prices more than 6 months in advance.  Once the booking is confirmed however, the quoted price will be fixed.
