On arrival/ starter:
BBQ prawn, pawpaw, mint salsa
Sticky pork, mild chilli cucumber, Asian herb
Served with Emily May Rosé
Entree:
Queensland barramundi, seared scallop, green pea, oyster mushroom, citrus cream
Served with Cape Banks Chardonnay and Daisies & Dandelions Chardonnay
Main:
Charred wagyu rib fillet, burnt onion, chimichurri, berniase foam
Served with Wanderlust Cabernet Sauvignon and Ambriel’s Gift Cabernet Sauvignon Family Reserve
Dessert:
Salted dark chocolate mousse, flourless chocolate torte, raspberry, and honeycomb
Served with Golden Orb Sparkling Shiraz
