Portobello mushrooms, confit kipflers, sticky onion, hummus, popped grains, yoghurt  (gf, vegan)

Main Course

Eye fillet, pressed thyme potato bake, black truffle butter, spinach, red wine jus (gf)

Barramundi, zucchini, goats cheese, cashew pesto, saffron citrus cream (gf)

Chicken breast, cheddar cheese soufflé, charred sweet corn, greens, harissa hollandaise

All served with seasonal vegetables

Dessert

Pecan and maple syrup pudding, caramelised pecan nuts, vanilla ice cream, whiskey sauce

Chocolate meringue, marinated berries, white couverture and raspberry ice cream (gf)

Individual cinnamon spiced panna cotta, strawberry and kiwi fruit salsa, caramelised mango, raspberry sorbet (gf)

Two courses (including wine): $50.00; 

Three courses (including wine): $60.00

Includes a carafe of house wine between two people for groups from 2 to 10 guests.  (Conditions apply).  Available at this price on Tuesday nights only.  The normal a la carte menu is not available on Tuesday nights.
