Regular Dinner group menu – for groups of 12 guests or more.

This menu is for groups of 12 or more guests.  If you’d like to use this menu for your group booking, please discuss the option when you make a booking.

Garlic and herb bread

Entrée:

Slow roasted pork belly, cauliflower puree, green apple salad (GF)

 

Seafood bon bon of prawns, scallops, butter puff pastry, lemon cumin cream

 

Christmas wreath salad with sesame chicken, Asian dressing, pomegranate, orange (GF)

 

Main Course:

Eye fillet of beef, caramelised onion, blue cheese and fig tart, red wine jus

 

Northern Territory barramundi fillet, grilled peach, macadamia salsa, mango coconut sauce (GF)

 

Traditional Christmas fare, roast turkey breast, smoked leg ham, chestnut and lemon thyme stuffing (GF)

 

All served with seasonal vegetables

 

Dessert:

Petite steamed plum pudding, brandy anglais, ice cream

 

Chocolate meringue, marinated berries, white couverture and raspberry ice cream (GF)

Includes a carafe of house wine between two people (Conditions apply).  Available at this price on Tuesday nights only.  The normal a la carte menu is not available on Tuesday nights.

This menu is available on a Tuesday night only, instead of our regular a la carte.  It is for groups of 10 guests or less.

 

 

Christmas Party Menu

Our Christmas party menu for 2018, designed for groups of 8 or more, (and smaller groups by prior arrangement).  We ask that final numbers for this menu are confirmed 48 hours prior to your booking.  Please note, we are not open Christmas day.
